Tracie’s upbringing took her across the globe, from Alaska to Guam, shaped by her father’s military career. Her early years were marked by significant challenges, including childhood trauma, which sparked a lifelong journey of healing and self- discovery. Initially drawn to science for its promise of answers and solutions, Tracie envisioned a career rooted in facts and logic. However, her path took an unexpected turn, leading her away from science and toward the spiritual and divine.
Through years of deep exploration and healing, Tracie has embraced a life of flow, joy, and openness, guided by the Divine and a willingness to set aside her analytical mind. She believes that every experience, no matter how difficult, has shaped her into who she is today. Tracie encourages others to see life as a realm of infinite possibilities, where anything is truly achievable.
Now living in Boulder, Colorado, with her partner and their three beloved cats—who unapologetically rule the household—Tracie enjoys delving into topics like metaphysics, spiritual dimensions of reality, meditation, qi gong, and energy medicine. She is currently writing a book about her parents’ lives and the impact of generational trauma, blending stories, photographs, and audio interviews into a powerful narrative.
